When I graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2007 with a Print Journalism degree, I felt that I had a solid understanding of the direction of my career. When I began looking for jobs in the newspaper field, I quickly came to the realization that the media industry was rapidly evolving. The evolution of the Web has changed everyone in the field in one way or another.

After working full-time for nine months as the only intern in Madison Square Garden’s Interactive Sports Department, I realized that all of my acquired skills have brought me to this moment– the Web is where I want to be. Working in media is a dream for many people, but here I was, working closely with three professional sports franchises and producing interactive Web content in a industry that is just scratching its creative surface.
